...Bear Lake...

This past weekend we went to Bear Lake with the Hanks side. We stayed in some condos and spent most of our time boating and enjoying our weekend together. It was so fun to get away for the 24th weekend. The weather there was so nice and perfect for boating. We had a blast with the family and we can't wait until the next boating trip! Thanks for taking us Korby and Dave, we had a blast!

Gang's All Here!

With most of my friends being newlyweds, our lives have become quite busy. It's hard to get together especially with all 8 of us. We have all been so close since junior high. It's so nice having such a good group of friends to grow up with. We're all so different from each other but we always have a blast together. These girls are amazing! I love them all! This past friday we had a bbq together to say goodbye to Lauren and Tyler. They are moving to D.C. for school. We are going to miss them, but we wish them the best! Hopefully it won't be too long before we can all get together again.

Weekend Fun

Yesterday was full of fun activities. This weekend my parents went out of town so Jason and I house sat for them. So saturday morning we thought it would be fun to soak up the nice weather and take the dogs for a hike. The mountains were beautiful! It was so fun to just be outside in the mountains. We defiantly need to do this more before the summer is over.

 Howie loves to hike!
It got a little hot so the dogs headed for the shade.

Poor Bridger has a thick coat so we ended up carrying him until we got to the downhill shady part ;)

 Amazing views

For a cool down we played in the hose...

After our hike we had a bbq with friends then headed of to the Draper Days Rodeo. Kristy and Mike were so great and saved us some awesome seats!

One of the best events of the night was the kids run. They tied bags of money to a calf and released all the kids to chase it to grab the money. Boston didn't win but he put in a good effort!
McKell did a great job too!

Ryder LOVED the Rodeo. He would get so excited watching all of the horses and bulls.

 Cute Singley Family

Finally was able to fall asleep after all of the excitement
Our great friends! Josh, Michelle, and Rock were able to come to the rodeo with us too.

4th of July Weekend

We started off this weekend by going to the Oakley Rodeo. I love this tradition. It's so fun to hang with family and watch all of the events.

Then on Sunday we did some fireworks with the Hanks' Family.

Late Saturday night we picked up one of Jason's English friends from the airport. He's been able to experience a real American holiday ;) The morning of the 4th we headed to Echo Lake for some boating.

 ...and a little cliff jumping.

Later that night we went out to dinner with my family then met up with some of our friends for some fireworks.

I'd say we had a pretty successful 4th of July weekend! Can't wait until next year!
